Manoj Kumar Sharma was born in 1960. He has been a partner in the firm since 1988 and senior partner since 1998. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Law Graduate from University of Bhopal and a Bachelor in Science from University of Bhopal.

His professional work is specialised in Direct and Indirect Tax Advice, representation before various Tax Authorities including Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) and Central Excise and Service Tax Tribunal (CESTAT) and also extends to general, financial and commercial advice.

Manoj lectures on Direct and Indirect Taxation, Accounting Principles & Procedures and Company Law at various professional and public gatherings as well as academic institutions in India.

Manoj is a regularly quoted on Direct and Indirect Tax, Accounting and Commercial issues in the national press, and has recently appeared on radio and television.
