Rajpal Singh Solanki was born in 1960. He qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1988 and is the founder partner of the firm. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Law Graduate from University of Delhi and a Master of Commerce from University of Delhi.

His professional work extends to general, financial and commercial advice. Rajpal has been a Board Member and the Chairman of Audit Committee of HUDCO for 6 years. HUDCO is a public sector company fully owned by Government of India for financing of housing and urban infrastructure activities in India and has also been Chairman for 3 years of the Flower Market Committee of the Delhi Government to protect the interests of farmers by giving them platform for selling their produce. Currently, Rajpal is a Board Member of Hindustan Prefab Limited, a public sector company fully owned by the Government of India for manufacturing civil structures for building industry and national railways.

Rajpal spends much of his time travelling, promoting Delhi NCR and India as business center, not only representing the firm, but also in co-operation with Delhi Government and Government of India. Solanki is regularly quoted on business and social issues in the national media.
